OUR BUSINESS IS OUR NAME
HL Posey Builders is not just a company; we are a family owned and operated business that places a high value on relationships. We believe that what transpires is not just about money. Our business is our name!
We (Henry & Laurie) have been together for well over twenty years. Our skills and talents managed to balance, and we learned to work well together as we created HL Posey Builders! We have experience in construction purchasing, as well as supervision of both custom and production home building. In fact, we enjoy what we do so much that we promised to never let anyone take that pleasure away from us.
We have worked extremely hard over the years to develop a company guided by integrity and honesty! As a small business, there is great value in giving back to our local community. We donate our time to various projects within our community, and actively volunteer in a program to help find homes for rescued Labrador Retrievers.
We love making the dreams of an ideal outdoor kitchen or living space come true. Our customers are viewed as family and friends. You will appreciate our care for your satisfaction. You can expect us to pay attention to what you want and listen when you speak. We are not going to try to sell you anything. Instead, we are going to ask questions to find out what would make you most happy with your new outdoor kitchen, remodel, or exterior living space.
As fully insured, licensed contractors, we plan on being around for generations to come! We take pride in the quality of our original work, but also believe that our continued support and relationship is what will grow our future business. If you are looking for someone that respects your investment, cares about your happiness, and provides quality at a reasonable price, then you have come to the right place!
We are always a phone call, email, or visit away. We look forward to meeting you and helping to create the perfect space where new relationships and long-lasting memories are made!

Enjoy Your Outdoor Living Space
Okay, so you’re ready to design your outdoor kitchen. Here are some questions to get you started in the right direction. These will help you determine the amount of counter space and size of your grill. What are your entertaining needs? How often do you entertain on a regular basis, and how many people attend? What type of equipment do you want besides an outdoor grill? Do you want to have beverages kept cold, and what about a side burner or pizza oven? What type of configuration are you looking at? Think about how many people you want to be able to accommodate at the bar and if you would prefer an even level or split-level island. One very important factor is the placement of your outdoor kitchen. Consider the direction of the wind, amount of sun, and location to get inside your home.
