Coastal is Challenger's ready-made line. Instead of designing from scratch, you choose from proven models — sized from 64″ to 93″ wide — that ship to your door fully assembled and ready for grill installation. No long lead times, no custom-layout pricing.
It's the right call if you:

- Run a standard gas grill (most 32″ or smaller — and now a 42″ model for 2025)

Construction is hard, hot, dusty, and sweaty leaving us a bit stinky.
If you see us goofing off a little here and there... we're merely surviving the day or shooting a Public Service Announcement.
I do not usually leave reviews but felt compelled to do so because of the wonderful experience I had with HL Posey. They worked with me every step of the way on the design of my large, 2 level deck and used the best fasteners and methods to build a deck that will last for decades and decades. The crew, consisting of Phil, Ryan, Tyler, Vincent and Philly, was very professional.... If you have a deck or other outdoor fun space project, please give very serious consideration to Posey. I cannot imagine that you could do better going with someone else. Thanks, Posey – you did absolutely great !!! My wife and I could not be happier with your work!!
