— THE SHORT ANSWER
Coyote Outdoor Living builds feature-loaded gas, flat top, and pellet grills from complete 304 stainless steel — inside and out — with cast stainless
Infinity Burners, signature interchangeable laser-cut grates, and infrared searing. Coyote is a Texas-based brand whose grills are manufactured overseas, so we class it honestly:
the best of the imported grills. You get flagship-style features and looks at a friendlier price than USA-made lines — a smart choice for a great-looking outdoor kitchen on a sensible budget. HL Posey Builders is an authorized Coyote dealer and installer serving
Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Naples, and all of Southwest Florida since 2007.
— Straight Talk
Why We Call Coyote the Best of the Imports
The imported-grill aisle is a minefield. Most "stainless" imports use cheap 430 steel where you can't see it, thin panels that flex and rust, and support that vanishes after the sale.
Coyote is the exception. It's built to a standard most imports never reach — and it's backed by a real dealer network, which matters as much as the metal. We're honest that it's not a USA-made flagship like Twin Eagles or Delta Heat. But for the money, nothing imported comes close.
What Coyote Does Right
304 Complete 304 stainless — including the
interior firebox, where most imports drop to
cheaper 430.
CAST Cast stainless Infinity Burners built for
durability, not stamped thin metal.
SEAR Real RapidSear infrared searing and infrared
rotisserie — features usually reserved for premium grills.
GRATE Signature interchangeable laser-cut
grates you can swap for the food you're
cooking.
SUPPORT A genuine dealer and parts network
behind the grill — not a mystery brand.
— Why Coyote Is HL Posey Approved
We Test Every Grill — and
We Tell You the Truth
Before any grill goes in your outdoor kitchen, we meet the maker and put the product through our own hands-on inspection for build, materials, service, and dealer support.
Coyote earns its place as our top imported pick. The scorecard is honest: it doesn't have the heavy gauge of a USA flagship — but it's a genuine value, not a compromise, and the support behind it is excellent.

— Built In, Built Right
Coastal Durability & Installation
A great grill still needs a great install. Here's how we make sure a Coyote lasts in Southwest Florida.
Will a Coyote hold up in Florida's salt air?
SIt's one of the best-protected imports for our climate because it's all-304 stainless — including the firebox — so there's no cheap 430 steel hiding inside to bleed rust. As with any grill, longevity also comes down to the install: we seal, drain, and vent the island so moisture can't sit where it corrodes.
All-304 · sealed · drained · vented
Can a Coyote be built into an island or under a lanai?
Yes — gas, flat top, and pellet all install as built-ins. Under a solid-roof lanai you'll need a properly sized, ducted vent hood and correct clearances; an insulating jacket is used next to combustible surfaces. We handle the cutout, gas, ventilation, and clearances so it's safe and code-compliant.

— COMMON QUESTIONS
Coyote Grill
FAQs
Are Coyote grills good — and are they worth it?
Yes. Coyote is, in our experience, the best of the imported grills. It's built from complete 304 stainless steel inside and out, with cast Infinity Burners, interchangeable laser-cut grates, and real infrared searing — features usually found on grills costing much more. If you want a great-looking, well-equipped outdoor kitchen at a sensible price, Coyote is worth it.
Where are Coyote grills made?
Coyote Outdoor Living is a Texas-based brand, and its grills are manufactured overseas — they're imported. That's the honest reason we describe Coyote as the best of the imports rather than a USA-made flagship. What sets it apart from most imports is complete 304 stainless construction and a genuine dealer and parts network.
Coyote vs Delta Heat or Twin Eagles — which should I buy?
All three are great; they suit different buyers. Choose Coyote for the most features and the best look for your dollar if you're comfortable with an import. Choose Delta Heat for excellent USA-made value, or Twin Eagles for the USA-made flagship you keep forever. We carry all three and will help you match one to your budget and how you cook.
What's the difference between the C-Series and S-Series?
The C-Series is Coyote's core gas grill — cast Infinity Burners, laser-cut grates, all-304 construction, and interior lighting. The S-Series is the luxury step-up: everything in the C-Series plus a RapidSear infrared burner, an infrared rear rotisserie with kit, a smoker box, ceramic briquette trays, and backlit LED knobs.
Will a Coyote grill rust in Florida's salt air?
Coyote resists corrosion better than most imports because it uses 304 stainless on every surface, including the interior firebox — where cheaper grills switch to 430 steel that bleeds rust. Longevity also depends on the install: we seal, drain, and ventilate the island so moisture can't collect where it corrodes.
What is the Coyote flat top grill good for?
The Coyote flat top is a true outdoor griddle — ideal for smash burgers, breakfast, fajitas, teppanyaki, and anything you'd cook on a flat surface. It comes in 30″ and 36″, uses two independently controlled heat zones for cooking different foods at once, is made from heavy-gauge 304 stainless, and includes a stainless lid and removable grease tray.
How good is the Coyote pellet grill?
The 36″ Next-Gen Coyote pellet grill is a strong all-in-one: it smokes, bakes, grills, and sears across a 175–700°F range with digital touch control, a Smart Drop pellet feed, three temperature probes, and the Versa-Rack for extra cooking surfaces. It's built from 304 stainless with a weather-ready sealed hood and a lifetime warranty on the stainless frame.
Can Coyote grills be built into an outdoor kitchen or installed under a lanai?
Yes. Coyote's gas, flat top, and pellet grills all install as built-ins. A solid-roof lanai requires a properly sized, ducted vent hood and correct clearances, with an insulating jacket next to combustible surfaces. HL Posey Builders handles the cutout, gas, ventilation, clearances, and permitting so the install is safe and to code.
Do Coyote grills run on natural gas or propane, and what's the warranty?
Coyote gas and flat top grills are available for natural gas or propane and can be converted. The pellet grill runs on hardwood pellets with a 120V connection. Coyote warranties the stainless housing and burners for the lifetime of the original owner, with shorter coverage on electronic and ignition components — we'll go over current terms for your specific model.
