The Day After Independence Day
Henry Posey
Life, liberty, and the pursuit of living the best life.
The revolutionary war began on April 19, 1775, leading to our founder's declaration of independence on July 4, 1776. By the time the war ended on September 3, 1783, we were already a nation divided, and the quarrel between opposing political ideologies had already begun. On September 17, 1787, some brilliant minds set out to establish a lawful basis to guide a brand new nation's squabbles and signed the Constitution.

Since our nation's birth, the road to freedom has crossed the river of blood almost daily. Someone dies for America in the name of liberty continuously. It is a privilege and a duty to be an American, and we must always maintain a debt of gratitude and a feeling of honor to that purpose.

And now today, we are privileged to live in the greatest nation ever on the planet. You have worked hard to achieve your American dream. You have contributed your part to keep America great and, along the way, were the most generous of all people on the earth.
No matter where you are along the road of life, we can't forget to slow down and share what keeps America pushing to the future - sharing the wisdom of our stroll through America with those we love, and the younger generations are the secret. We need to give them perspective on success, politics, religion, and relationships before someone else does. The story of where we've been, to get us to where we're at, will help them see where they can go and how to get there.
At HL Posey Builders, we believe that backyard hangouts and outdoor kitchens are the best spot on earth to make it happen.
- First of all, you've earned it. It's time to enjoy it.
- Second, having the perfect private and relaxing spot in your backyard creates the best place for the best conversations.
- Third, your backyard hangout is where they will want to be, giving you a captive audience

“It should be your care, therefore, and mine, to elevate the minds of our children and exalt their courage; to accelerate and animate their industry and activity; to excite in them an habitual contempt of meanness, abhorrence of injustice and inhumanity, and an ambition to excel in every capacity, faculty, and virtue. If we suffer their minds to grovel and creep in infancy, they will grovel all their lives.”
John Adams, Dissertation on the Canon and Feudal Law, 1765
Sharing your successes, hopes, dreams, and point of view on politics, religion, and all things that matter is the hope for America's future. And, it will surely keep healthy ideological squabbles going for generations to come.
