How do you know if you can trust someone to work for you?

Faith "in something" is the foundation of human existence, and Trust is the foundation for every relationship. In today's world, where truths are based on beliefs regardless of facts, how do we know who to trust?

It's a horrible feeling to see money go down the drain.

Trust between you and a company is no different than Trust between you and a friend. Trust, like love, cannot be measured. A single human representative of a company is your first evaluation of an entire organization. Each encounter you have with additional representatives of that organization gives you a more in-depth insight into how trustworthy a company is. Consistency in conversations and communications, mutual respect, integrity, and constructive confrontation are the main ingredients you're using to determine to Trust a contractor with your hard-earned money.

Someone saying, "Trust us," is not enough to win you over. Your first insight will be some form of content the company provides - a website, social media post, or blog (like this). That content must be consistent, and the feeling that you can Trust them built enough for you to reach out to get the outdoor kitchen you want. The first human interaction with the company will either continue to build Trust or prove they are full of crap. 

p.s. Many companies only want to sell you something and take your money. Seek out the companies that want to guide you to get what's best for you.
